No you don't no deposit is required you can pay us when drop off the castle
When you contact us to make a booking any concerns you have in this regard we will give you a castle that is suitable for your needs
We are fully insured with public liability on all our products and services
If u have made a booking with us and u feel the weather will not be suitable to hire a castle there is no problem in cancelling and rebooking for a different date,also a lot of our castles come with rain cover canopies so rain should not be much of a problem.
We supply everything extension leads, mats and if there is an issue over power we can supply a generator too. Just let us know if the castle is going to be on a hard surface so we can bring sandbags to secure it down
